The night begins with light h’orderves along with a cash bar - for
Casual Socializing Saturday - October 16th, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Main Social Business Event
This is The Main Event for Business Socializing and Networking and we
will kick it off with a dynamic Motivational Speaker.
Also, in the smaller Theater Rooms, we will be having group
Presentations through the whole day.
During this Session, in the Foyer of the Main Room,
there will be two, thirty minute light refreshment breaks - one at
10:00 AM and another at 3:00 PM
Saturday Night - October 16th, 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Main Social Network Dinner
Your Night for Socializing Dinner and Dancing that will be a Casual Buffet Style.
The Speakers that we are lining up are based on the results of the
survey sent out, some of you filled this out and we Thank You for
that. At this time, we are coordinating schedules with our Speakers
and once finalized, we let you know who they will be.
Sunday - October 17th - This is Your Day to go Sightseeing, Relax at the Pool, to enjoy the
Spa or Jacuzzi... whatever you
wish - The Hotel has 2 Express Shuttles Ready to take you Sightseeing, one goes to Santa Monica Pier close to Venice Beach and the other will take you to the Beautiful & Famous, Hip & Cool Manhattan Beach Area, that has
several wonderful Restaurants and lots of Great Shopping.
General Admission - includes all the Events above for - $110.00
Business Admission - includes everything above plus your own
Six foot, Vendor Table for the Saturday General Session for - $170.00
So, for only $60.00 more you will be provided with a Six
foot Vendor Table for the Saturday General Session to
promote your Business or Organization, do demonstrations or offer
samples related to your business, do crafts or presentations or
offer your skills of expertise.
At the bottom, of this page, is PayPal registration button for you to pay for your registration. The sooner You Register and we receive
Your Admission, the faster we can let the Hotel know how many Rooms
to hold at the Special Room Rate they are offering us, for this
Event.
The LAX Hilton Discounted Room Rate is only $89.00 for
Standard Rooms which includes complimentary High Speed Internet
Access in all Rooms.
Before You can Book a Room at this Special $89.00 Room Rate, we need to have an estimated count of Attendees for the Hotel to be
able to block out these Special Rooms to avoid having to pay the
Regular Room Rate of $125.00. The LAX Hilton 310-410-4000
Once the Hotel has an estimated count, they will be putting
together a Special Website for our Event where You will be able to Book
Your Room, at the Special Rate, right from this Event Page.
We also, have other Spaces available for those who would
like to do Specialized Presentations for Groups and if you
would like to be a Sponsor, we are able to provide You with
Your own Extra Space, as well.
This Convention is also, a Time to Celebrate the Changes that are
taking place through Social Media and how it is allowing more and more
Like Minded People to come Together.
